What size do I need to order?
The size chart is located in each product description page, please be sure to measure your dog for correct size measurements to ensure you purchase the correct sized item for your dog. Please get in touch and ask if you're still unsure!
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the day that your package is delivered to your address.
**No returns or exchanges on heavily reduced sale items**
We will accept returns for all undamaged items within 14 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All returned items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, hair free condition.
We're confident our professionally made product selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you would like to make a return, please contact us at raisinberrybran@hotmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you with the process.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all payments from most debit or visa cards, as well as payments made by Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. AfterPay coming soon!
What are your shipping prices?
All parcels shipped within New Zealand are $11.50 and aim for 2-3 business day shipping time, or $17.50 for rural addresses which can take 1-2 business days extra.
All parcels shipped to Australia are $16.50 (untracked) or $36.50 (tracked express).
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to you in the case that it does. If you discover a flaw or a fault in the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. raisinberrybran@hotmail.com
Where do you ship from?
All of our products are shipped from our home based office in New Zealand. Our products are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they travel around the world.
What precautions are you taking during the COVID19 Pandemic?
All of our Raisin Berry items are stored and sealed in their packs until they are ready to be sent to the customer. While handling of the items needs to occur during packing of your orders, sanitising occurs multiple times throughout the process. You can be assured that your order is coming from a safe, clean environment.
